Eligible Returns
- Fabrics that are unused, uncut, and unwashed can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-cut fabrics (as they are cut to your order specifications)
- Clearance or sale items
- Fabric swatches or samples
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for eligible items if the requested replacement fabric is in stock.
- If the replacement is not available, you may request a refund instead.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed once the returned fabric is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged fabric).
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping fee.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at returns@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide you with return instructions.
- Ship the fabric back in its original packaging.
- Once received and approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
