  • Fabrics that are uncut, unwashed, and unused may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Custom-cut fabrics, clearance items, or swatches are non-returnable.
  • To request a return or exchange, please contact us at support@[yourstore].com before sending the item back.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once the returned product is received and inspected.

3. Payment Policy

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
